They are the most famous Tuscan biscuits in the world. In this reinterpretation of the original recipe, it is the chocolate chips that control its flavor. Our cantucci are fragrant, dry but not hard, crumbly and fragrant. Why are they called that? In Latin the “Cantellus” is the slice, the piece.
