Always a symbol of the Italian tradition, panettone cannot be missing on the Christmas tables. Ours is made from mother yeast refreshed daily for over 80 years. Its soft dough, free of candied orange and raisins, is enriched with semi-candied strawberries: the fruit is candied at a low temperature, keeping the strawberry whole and compact and leaving it the taste of the freshly picked fruit. The white chocolate coating gives a lot of sweetness to the product so that, to balance it, there is a spicy note given by a hand sprinkled with green pepper. The strawberry panettone, white chocolate and green pepper in the 750 gram format is wrapped by hand in an original animalier packaging.

Our advice

This panettone is characterized by the right balance between sweetness and acidity. We recommend pairing with red fruit tea, for a substantial snack, or with a rosé wine, as a perfect end of a meal.
